Welcome to OROATrade.com. We’re glad you’re here. These Terms & Conditions explain how our website works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask when you place orders through OROA Trade. Our goal is to keep expectations clear, fair, and transparent for our professional partners.
By accessing our website, creating a trade account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, our team is available at support@oroatrade.com
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised and the updated Terms will apply going forward.
1. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. Eligibility & Trade Accounts
OROATrade.com is intended for qualified trade professionals, including interior designers, architects, developers, and related businesses. By creating a trade account or placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
Approval of trade accounts is at OROA’s discretion and may be reviewed or revoked at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
4. Orders & Sales
4.1 Pricing & Availability
Trade pricing is provided exclusively to approved trade accounts and may differ from retail pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If an error is identified, we will contact you before proceeding and, if necessary, issue a refund.
Product availability may change, especially for imported, limited-production, or made-to-order items. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4.2 Payment
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and wire transfers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment verification is unsuccessful.
4.3 Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Please review all details carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any corrections are needed.
4.4 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered production, shipped, or entered transit from the vendor, cancellations are no longer possible and standard return policies apply.
4.5 Taxes
Sales tax is applied where required by law and calculated based on the shipping address provided.
4.6 Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard doorstep delivery for parcel and freight items. Shipping timelines vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may change.
Special delivery conditions such as stairs, limited access, jobsite delivery, or remote locations may result in additional fees. Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.
Trade customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. OROA is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
4.7 White Glove & In-Home Delivery
White Glove delivery is available for select items and includes in-home placement and packaging removal. Assembly services may be arranged by contacting our customer service team after checkout.
It is the responsibility of the trade customer to ensure site access and measurements are suitable for delivery. Failed deliveries due to access or site limitations may result in additional fees.
4.8 Delivery Acceptance & Inspection
Delivery confirmation, including carrier tracking, delivery receipts, or signed acknowledgments, serves as confirmation that an order has been received in acceptable condition unless damage is reported within the stated inspection period.
All items should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours.
For freight deliveries, visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing, and OROA should be contacted immediately.
4.9 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of trade and made-to-order production, returns are limited. Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom orders, made-to-order items, final sale items, and assembled products are not eligible for return. By placing such orders, you acknowledge and accept these conditions at checkout.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
4.10 Customer Support & Resolution
If you experience any issues with an order, delivery, or product, we encourage you to contact our customer service team at support@oroa.com. We are committed to working collaboratively with our trade partners to review concerns and reach practical resolutions.
5. Product Variations
Many products offered through OROA Trade are produced using natural materials or handcrafted techniques. Variations in color, texture, grain, scale, or finish are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or production runs.
6. Force Majeure
OROA is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including port congestion, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, labor actions, natural disasters, or carrier-related delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates as they become available.
7. Commercial Use
Products purchased through OROATrade.com are intended for professional and commercial specification. Suitability for specific applications remains the responsibility of the trade customer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on OROATrade.com, including images, text, pricing, and materials, is the property of OROA or its partners and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Website Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our website or services as our trade program evolves. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or system updates.
10. Third-Party Content
Some content on the website or included with shipments may originate from third parties. OROA is not responsible for the accuracy or practices of third-party content or services.
11. Community Guidelines
Trade partners engaging with OROA online or through affiliated platforms are expected to act professionally and lawfully. Misuse of the platform or harmful conduct may result in account review or termination.
12. User Content
If you submit project images, reviews, or other materials, you retain ownership of your content while granting OROA a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. You confirm that you have the right to share such content.
13. Feedback
We welcome feedback from our trade partners. Any suggestions or ideas shared may be used to improve our products or services without obligation or compensation.
14. Warranties
Certain products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by product and use. Normal wear, improper installation, or unsuitable application may not be covered.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OROA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
16. California Proposition 65
Some products may contain materials subject to California Proposition 65 warnings. Please contact us if you require additional information.
17. Termination
OROA reserves the right to suspend or terminate trade accounts or website access when necessary to protect our business, partners, or customers.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
