SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At OROA Trade, we’re committed to a clear and reliable delivery experience. This policy outlines shipping timelines, delivery options, customer responsibilities, and return conditions. By placing an order with OROA Trade, you agree to the terms below. Shipping Timelines
Select products qualify for our Quick Ship Program and ship from U.S.-based inventory. Items shipping from international locations, including Europe, require additional coordination and transit time.
All shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory availability, carrier scheduling, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of OROA Trade’s control. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment reaches the local terminal.
Delivery Options & Fees
Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased items will fit through all access points, including doorways, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and into the intended room. If delivery cannot be completed due to access or size limitations, the order will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Standard Shipping
Includes order processing, handling, packaging, and front-door delivery only.
Room of Choice Delivery
Room of Choice delivery includes placement of items inside the home in the selected room. This service does not include assembly, installation, or packaging removal and is subject to carrier availability.
Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

A responsible adult 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery

All items must be inspected at the time of delivery

Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt
Acceptance of delivery without notation confirms the order was received in acceptable condition and in accordance with the selected delivery service.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or scheduling issues, any resulting fees—including re-delivery, storage, or return costs—will be the customer’s responsibility.
Address Changes & Rerouting
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped. If rerouting is approved, additional fees will apply. OROA Trade is not responsible for delays or costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Storage Policy
If an order cannot ship or be delivered due to customer unavailability, OROA Trade will provide up to two (2) weeks of complimentary storage. After this period, a storage fee equal to 2% of the total order value per month will be assessed until delivery is completed.
International & Extended Area Shipping
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE TERMS
Standard Returns
Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery, refusal, or access limitations will be subject to the following deductions:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom, made-to-order, special production, or personalized items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun.
By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge that the item is produced specifically for you and accept full responsibility for the purchase.
Product-Specific Policies
Certain items may have additional or more restrictive return conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and applicable terms prior to purchase.
Payment & Order Responsibility
By completing a purchase with OROA Trade, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all order details—including measurements, delivery access, and product specifications—have been reviewed and approved prior to checkout.
